Turbo Typing from IMSI is inexpensive, easy-to-use typing software that has a decent set of features, but lacks the support needed to be truly useful.

Ease of Use:   Excellent

Turbo Typing is very easy to use—which we felt was good, since there's no real help support available for the program.

Feature Set:   Excellent

Turbo Typing is a basic, no frills program that concentrates on basic drills and testing. There are 19 lessons available, with everything from individual finger exercises to drills on words or sentences. You can also view your test results on screen, view them in a graph or print them out as a certificate.

Ease of Installation:   Excellent

We experienced no problems while installing Turbo Typing.

Help/Support:   Excellent

IMSI does a very poor job supporting Turbo Typing. There is no help available with in the program, but there is a manual available if you purchase it in a box. We were very disappointed in IMSI's customer support. Although there is online FAQs and a user forum available, but you have to pay $ 9.95 per call if you need telephone support or $4.95 per shot for email support, which we feel is an absolutely inexcusable rate.

Summary:

Although Turbo Typing from IMSI is a good product with a low price tag, you may end up paying big bucks in the end.
